The formula's story
Amber Vigil was composed for a friend who kept a vigil through a long illness, and it keeps one still. Saffron and davana open with a boozy shimmer; clove is the wick. Labdanum, incense, and a single drop of rose otto form the heart. The amber base — labdanum resin, myrrh, and vanilla absolute aged in glass — is the flame, steady for ten hours or more.
